London · Co-founder, Weavv

Plans die in the group chat. I’m fixing that.

I read History at Cambridge, switched to Management, and spent two years running a 400-member society through a period when it was rarely out of the news.1 Now I’m building Weavv2 — a daily drop of things to do, so the night out actually happens.

What I’m building

Weavv

Co-founder · Product, design, go-to-market

Someone suggests a night out. Everyone’s keen. Then comes the poll nobody answers, and two weeks later it hasn’t happened. That’s where most plans end.3

Weavv sends a handful of things to do every day. You swipe. Over time it learns what you and your friends actually like, and when a few of you are in the mood for the same kind of night, it tells one of you to make the call. No polls, no thread, no “so are we actually doing this?”

I’ve spoken to hundreds of people about how their plans fall apart. The finding that shaped the product: it isn’t a scheduling problem. Committing out loud, in front of your friends, carries a social cost most people would rather avoid than pay. The job is to make saying yes feel obvious.

Before that

Cambridge University Jewish Society

President, then External Officer · 2023–25

Two years as the person journalists called and university officials had to deal with. I ran security liaison with the police, negotiated with colleges, briefed national press on deadline, and kept a 400-member community running while the campus around it argued about us.

We put on the first Passover on campus in 17 years.4

ShopStation

Founder · 2024–25 · Dormant

A pricing tool for independent grocers, competing with the data intelligence the chains take for granted. I built it, interviewed 12 retailers, and learned what a market that doesn’t want software looks like from the inside. Not being worked on — kept here because the lesson was worth the year.
